Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply select the mailbox you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
